Postage & Handling

Postage occurs at approximately 4.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding Victorian Public Holidays).

Orders with items marked as ‘Dangerous Goods’ will incur a shipping fee of $25 (inc GST).

We use both Australia Post & Toll to ship out orders; generally taking between 2 and 8 days depending on your location.

We use plain boxes/envelopes for all online orders, with no Advanced Hair Studio labeling on outer packaging.

For Australia Post, tracking is available and your parcel can be tracked using their website. Please allow 24 hours for your order to be registered on Australia Post’s Tracking System.

For Toll, you can track your order via the Toll ‘Track and Trace’ website. Please note that someone will need to be present to sign for these goods.
